1. Nature of Products

  • All products offered under Oasis (crystals, oils, salts) are:

    • Natural, energetically handled, and in many cases consecrated

    • Individually selected and quality-checked

  • Crystals are provided with authenticity certification

  • Due to their nature, strict handling and hygiene standards are maintained.

2. No Returns or Refunds (General Policy)

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

    • Perceived energetic or spiritual results

    • Minor natural variations in crystals

3. Eligible Replacement Cases

  • Replacement will be considered only if:

    • The product is physically damaged during transit, or

    • You receive an incorrect item

  • ​In such cases, only a replacement will be provided. Refunds will not be issued.

4. Mandatory Proof for Claims

  • To request a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

    • A complete unboxing video (mandatory, continuous, without cuts, starting before opening the package)

    • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • Claims without proper and verifiable proof may not be accepted.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within [2–5 business days].

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location.

  • Delivery will be considered complete once marked as delivered by the courier partner.

  • Address changes may not be possible once the order is processed or shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to:

    • Courier service issues

    • Natural events or disruptions

    • Incorrect address or contact details provided

6. Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

    • Shipping address

    • Contact details

  • We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped

  • Cancellation requests before processing may be considered at our discretion

8. Refused or Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is:

    • Refused by the customer, or

    • Undelivered due to incorrect details;
      No refund will be issued.
