Pranic Healing
A structured, no-touch energy healing system that works on restoring balance and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
'Prana' is the Sanskrit word for life force.
It is called ‘chi’ in China and ‘ki’ in Japan.

What is Pranic Healing?

Pranic Healing is a revolutionary and comprehensive system of natural healing techniques that uses prana to treat illness. It is a synthesis of ancient, esoteric healing methods that have been rediscovered, researched and tested over decades with proven success by the founder of Modern Pranic Healing, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.
It is a no-touch, energy-based healing system that works on the principle that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. By increasing the pranic energy level, the rate of recovery can be increased significantly resulting in faster healing. Through structured techniques of cleansing and energising, Pranic Healing supports the restoration of energetic balance, allowing the body to function more efficiently.
This system is methodical, non-invasive, and practiced globally as a complementary approach to well-being.

How Pranic Healing Works
Pranic Healing works by addressing imbalances in the energy body through a systematic process.
The process typically involves:
• scanning the energy field to identify areas of congestion or depletion
• cleansing congested or diseased energy
• energising specific areas to restore balance
• stabilising the energy system
By improving the flow and quality of energy in the body, this process supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
It is a structured approach that focuses on correction and balance rather than symptom suppression.

The Basic Laws of Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing is based on two fundamental laws:

Law of Self-Recovery
The body has an innate capacity to heal and regulate itself.
From closing a wound to recovering from a common cold, the body continuously activates complex biological processes, such as immune response, tissue repair, and cellular regeneration to restore balance.
Even without intervention, many of these systems work quietly in the background to support recovery. When supported with the right practices, it can become even more effective and aligned.

Law of Life Energy
Prana, or life energy, is fundamental to all living systems.
It supports and sustains the body’s functions, working alongside biological processes to maintain balance and vitality.
Healing is not only a physical process, it is also influenced by the availability and flow of energy within the system. By increasing and directing life energy to affected areas, the body’s natural recovery mechanisms may function more efficiently.
This principle is comparable to a catalyst in chemistry, which increases the rate of a reaction. Similarly, pranic energy does not replace the body’s healing- it supports and accelerates what is already naturally occurring.
"What we call miraculous healing us nothing more than increasing
the rate of self recovery of the body.
There is nothing supernatural or paranormal about pranic healing.
It is simply based on natural laws that most people are not aware of."
-Grand Master Choa Kok Sui
